WE SUCK AEROBICS
An approach so low pressure, you'll succeed if you do two leg lifts while nursing a bourbon.

Blondie. A band so cool, it's almost just... Aerobics. Sun. 9/19 at 4pm PDT/ 7pm EDT.

This is an actual workout, but it's not crazy hard - unless you want it to be. If all you can do is march about, sway to the music, or cheer us on from a laying position, totally fine. It's still better than zero.
If you struggle to follow aerobic choreography, even the often goofy moves, doesn't matter. If you suck, you win. I want to see you flail and yell woo.
Dress for the theme (or 80s inspired or anything you can move in). People who come are nice. All shapes and sizes. No judgey eyes. Unless you're tooooooooo good.

Thanks for visiting! I'm Debbie. I started We Suck Aerobics some years ago as a way to trick myself into exercising by embracing the ridiculous. I was making fun of some old workout videos and found that 'making fun' got me up and actually exercising. Aha! I wanted to remove the barriers and make working out accessible, doable and fun. I'm not a trained aerobics instructor. My related background is as a teacher of physical theatre and a lot of aerobics in the 80s.
I'm now doing free Zoom workouts once a week. You can find some recorded on YouTube. Link is below.
